- Taylor Swift broke down the sadness she feels after a break-up in an interview with Lesley Stahl.
This year, many of us have wondered, why does a beautiful, talented sweetie pie like Taylor Swift go through men like potato chips? (Yes, she can’t have just one!)
Maybe it has to do with how deeply she feels things. She told Lesley Stahl of “60 Minutes Overtime” about all the variations of sadness that she funnels into her songs: “There’s the ‘missing him’ kind of sadness,” she said.
“There’s the ‘frustrated and confused, don’t know why it ended’ kind of sadness. There’s the ‘I know we can’t be together, but I just miss you right now’ sadness. There’s the sadness that’s kinda tinged with anger. There’s the sadness that has, like, guilt with it,” she said, and finally, the “sadness that has like a little bit of hope that he’ll come back.”
Sounds like she really likes to process things to the hilt, and we know how much men love that!
